This is the Iwanuma City Children Play and Exchange Base miiina Water Play Plaza in Iwanuma City, Miyagi Prefecture. Admission is 300 yen for city residents and 600 yen for non-residents, and the facility is open from 9:00 to 17:00, extended to 18:00 in summer. Outdoors everyone gets muddy, so bring plenty of spare clothes and always pack plastic bags for dirty clothing and shoes.
