About this spot

The Central Plaza at Kobayashi General Sports Park has a spacious 6,480-square-meter lawn, an ideal setting for spreading a sheet and eating a bento. With five gazebos available, you also have the option of securing a spot under a roof on days with strong sunlight. Since you can have lunch right next to the afternoon's water play area, it's convenient to finish eating, change clothes, and head straight for the water. Vending machines are available if you run low on drinks. After eating, rest your body a little to prepare for the afternoon's water play.

Tips

Going into the water right after eating can upset your stomach, so it's recommended to take about a 30-minute break before moving on to water play. Taking trash home with you is the basic rule, so bring extra bags. The gazebos are popular, so on crowded days it's best to claim a spot early so you can relax.
