The Asahi Mirai Park Splash Pool is a water play spot at Asahi Mirai Park, a new park laid out south of Tomari Station (泊駅) in Asahi Town. The play equipment area only opened in part on 2 May 2026, and its big feature is that the large covered play structures are divided into three areas for school-age children, preschoolers and infants. Thanks to the roofs, the equipment does not get too hot even in midsummer, and being able to play out of the sun is very much a feature of a newly built park.
