This old shrine in the Kushida district of Imizu City has calm grounds where trees line both sides of the approach. On a summer morning the air changes the moment you step into the shade, and it settles the mood for the day ahead. Simply following the sequence with your children, purifying your hands at the water basin and then offering a prayer at the hall, is a time full of things to learn. It is not a place crowded with tourists, so you can walk slowly at your own pace. Since the Jabujabu Pond opens at 10:00, the plan is to spend time here first before heading over.

「グリーンパークだいもんじゃぶじゃぶ池」は、射水市のグリーンパークだいもんにある無料の水遊び場です。開設は令和8年7月25日(土)から8月26日(水)までで、時間は午前10時から午後4時まで。この期間はスライダーに水を流してウォータースライダーとして利用でき、じゃぶじゃぶ池だけでは味わえない勢いのある遊びが楽しめます。園内には遊びの広場の大型遊具、中央緑地広場、相撲場、スケートボード広場もそろっているので、水に飽きたら遊具へと移れます。就学前の子どもは保護者の同伴が必須で、池の中での飲食とペットの入水は禁止です。雨天・荒天時は中止になるため、当日の天気を確認してから出かけてください。

Tips

終了は午後4時なので、15時45分には水から上がって着替えの時間を確保しておくと落ち着いて帰れます。雨天・荒天時は中止です。天気が怪しい日は出発前に射水市の案内を確認してください。就学前の子どもは保護者の同伴が必須です。池の中では飲食できないので、水分補給は池の外の日陰で行いましょう。池の底やスライダーは滑りやすいため、走らない・順番を守るという約束を先にしておくと安全です。おむつが取れていない子は水遊び用おむつを用意してください。

Tips

The grounds have gravel and stone steps, so comfortable walking shoes are reassuring. Reception hours at the shrine office vary by day, so check in advance if you would like a goshuin seal stamp. Telling children beforehand not to run around keeps things smooth. Follow the local signage for parking locations.
