About this spot

This is the rest facility of Tokiwa Park, standing on the shore of Lake Tokiwa. During the Jabujabu Pond season the second floor is used as a temporary changing room, making it just the right base before water play. Eating lunch in the air-conditioned interior fully resets the fatigue of the morning. Since food cannot be brought into the Jabujabu Pond, finishing lunch here is the right call. Look out at the lake spreading beyond the windows and use the time to talk over the afternoon plans as a family.

Tips

The food on offer and business hours can change from day to day, so bringing a packed lunch is the sure option. The changing room is available only during the pond season, so check the on-site signboards for how it is being run that day. Gathering your water play gear here keeps you light on the trips to and from the pond. Also check the location of the restrooms and diaper changing space while you are here.

About 50 minutes. Shifting slightly away from the busy noon hour makes seats easier to get
