About this spot

This is one of Yamanashi Prefecture's largest farm-produce stands, located in Ichinomiya-cho, Fuefuki City, true to a region famous for peaches and grapes — in season, the storefront overflows with fruit. In summer, freshly picked peaches line the shelves, and the fragrance alone feels worth the visit. There's also a place to eat, so you can fill up before water play. Local vegetables and processed goods are plentiful too, so finding souvenirs is easy. Keep any fruit you buy in a cooler bag and store it in the car until you head home.

Tips

Parking is free and restrooms are well maintained. It gets crowded around lunchtime on weekends, so arriving a bit early, around 11 AM, is more comfortable. Popular varieties can sell out by late morning. It's reassuring to pick up drinks and snacks here for the afternoon's water play.
