A roadside station with a calm design that blends into the Yakage townscape. Locally grown vegetables and specialty products are on display and there is a place to eat, which makes it a good stop for lunch. It sits at just the right break point in a stroll through the townscape, and being able to leave your bags in the car while you rest is convenient too. Stock up on drinks and snacks here in preparation for the afternoon of water play. It also serves as a tourist information point, so you can ask about where to go if you have time to spare.

小田郡矢掛町の「矢掛町総合運動公園「遊のおか」噴水広場」は、天然芝の広場に設けられた無料の水遊びスポットです。地面から吹き上がるタイプの噴水なので、水柱の出るタイミングを追いかけて走り回るだけで子どもは夢中になります。すぐそばには大型複合遊具と幼児用遊具があり、年齢の違うきょうだいでもそれぞれの遊び方ができるのがこの公園の強み。芝生の上なので、転んでもけがをしにくく、裸足で歩いても気持ちがいいのがうれしいところです。屋根付きの休憩所とベンチ、自動販売機があるので、付き添う大人も無理なく長い時間を過ごせます。基本の利用は無料で、運動施設など一部が有料になります。
