Ichinohe Hana no Oka Park

About this spot

This is a gently spreading lawn area inside the same Ichinohe Hana no Oka Park as the children's pond. True to the name, the flower-hill grounds continue on, and you can walk slowly while looking at the seasonal flowers. Because it is on high ground the view is excellent, and a packed lunch eaten on a spread-out picnic sheet becomes a feast in itself. For children at the age when they want to run around, dashing up the sloping lawn and rolling down it is the best play of all. It is right beside the children's pond, so you can rest well after eating and then move on to water play, which makes this course easy to put together.

二戸郡一戸町のいちのへ花の丘公園にある無料の水遊び場が「いちのへ花の丘公園子供池（噴水水遊び場）」です。噴水が吹き上がる浅い池で、水深は0cmから19cmまでと非常に浅く、まだ泳げない小さな子でも安心して水にふれられます。2026年は6月27日(土)から噴水が稼働し、稼働時間は10時から17時まで。水柱をくぐったり、噴き出す水を追いかけたりと、プールとはひと味違う遊び方ができるのがこの水遊び場の魅力です。まわりには花の丘の園地と芝生広場が広がっているので、水から上がったあとは日なたで体を乾かしながらのんびり過ごせます。高台の見晴らしのよさもあわせて、一戸町の夏の定番おでかけ先です。

一戸町が公表している稼働予定表(2026年6月25日更新)は7月31日(金)までの内容で、7月24日(金)までは主に土日、7月25日(土)から31日(金)までは連日稼働です。8月以降の稼働予定は未発表なので、出発前に一戸町の案内で必ず確認してください。降雨が予想される場合は噴水を稼働しません。天気予報が微妙な日は、出発前に現地の稼働状況を確かめるのが確実です。池の底で足を滑らせないよう、マリンシューズなど足を守れる履物を用意しましょう。おむつが取れていない子の入水可否は現地の掲示に従ってください。日陰が限られるので日よけとこまめな水分補給を忘れずに。ゴミは各自持ち帰りです。

Tips

There may not be dining facilities in the park, so preparing a packed lunch and drinks in advance and bringing them in is the sure approach. As a rule, take your rubbish home. Shade is limited, so a sunshade or pop-up tent adds comfort. Avoid entering the water right after eating; waiting about 30 minutes before heading to the children's pond is safer. The fountains run from 10:00 to 17:00, so keep an eye on the clock so the break does not run too long.
