The Kasugano Central Park Waterside Plaza (Babbling Brook) is an artificial stream created inside the park. The current is gentle and the water shallow, so even children who have only just started walking can safely dip their feet in. Rather than a partitioned space like a pool, you can walk along following the channel, which lets you enjoy it like an expedition. A large combination playground and a lawn plaza sit right beside it, so you can spend the whole day switching between different kinds of play. Gazebos and shelters are provided, so families can take turns resting out of the sun, which is another welcome touch. Use is free, giving it the easy appeal of a place you can drop by on a whim.
