The Kasugano Central Park (春日野中央公園) Water-Play Plaza (親水広場), the Seseragi Stream (せせらぎ), is an artificial creek built within the park. Because the current is gentle and the water shallow, even children who have just learned to walk can dip their feet in safely. Unlike a pool with a defined boundary, this is a waterway you can follow on foot, and the sense of exploration is what makes this spot enjoyable. A large combination play structure and lawn plaza sit right nearby, letting you switch between different kinds of play throughout the day. With gazebos and shelters in place, families appreciate being able to take turns resting out of the sun. Admission is free, with the casual appeal of being able to drop by whenever you feel like it.

The 2026 opening period has not yet been announced, please check the latest information before you set out. The bottom of the waterway can be slippery, so prepare sandals or water shoes that won't easily slip off. In case there's no dedicated changing room, it's smoother to wear your swimsuit under your clothes from the start. Since this park is within a residential area, it's reassuring to check the number of parking spaces and usage rules in advance. Even though the water is shallow, don't take your eyes off children, a guardian must always accompany them.
