About this spot

This is a restaurant inside Ehime Children's Castle. On a day full of outdoor play, cooling your body down properly in an air-conditioned room is what keeps everyone going in the afternoon. The menu is family-friendly, with options that are easy for small children to eat. The greenery of the park spreads out beyond the windows, and being able to look out at the afternoon play areas while you eat is a treat unique to dining on site. Arriving slightly outside the busiest hours makes it easier to get a table.

Tips

Weekends during the summer holidays get crowded at the lunchtime peak, so avoiding the hour around noon will cut your wait. You can also bring a packed lunch and eat it on the lawn field. Avoid water play immediately after eating; resting for about 30 minutes before heading to the waterway is safer.
