About this spot

This is an inflatable play structure shaped like a white mountain, set on the lawn field of Ehime Children's Castle. The floating sensation with every bounce is great fun, and children climb up and roll back down over and over. It is surrounded by a wide lawn where you are free to run around or spread out a mat and rest. Because it sits on top of a hill, the breeze passes through and it stays relatively comfortable even in summer. Getting the body moving before water play makes for livelier activity in the channel as well.

「えひめこどもの城じゃぶじゃぶ水路」は、松山市西野町のえひめこどもの城アクティビティゾーン-NEXT-にある水遊び施設です。坂の上の噴水から水路へ水が流れ落ちていく造りで、プールのように泳ぐのではなく、流れを追いかけたりせき止めたりして遊ぶのが楽しみ方になります。水は浅く、流れに沿って歩けるので、小さな子どもでも自分のペースで遊べます。入園は無料で、費用は駐車場の1回300円だけ。公式には「夏季期間中のみご利用できます」とだけ案内されており、2026年の開設期間は未発表なので、出発前に必ず確認してから向かいましょう。メンテナンスのため休止することもあります。

Tips

プールではなく水路なので、更衣室やシャワーを前提にせず、濡れてもよい服や車内で着替えられる用意をしておくと安心です。水路の底や坂は滑りやすいため、脱げにくいサンダルかマリンシューズを必ず履かせてください。小さな子は水遊び用おむつを着用しましょう。メンテナンス時は休止することがあるほか、雷が鳴ったらすぐに切り上げてください。駐車場は1回300円で、夏休みの週末は昼前後に埋まりやすくなります。

Tips

The surface of the dome can get hot during midsummer days, so touch it to check the temperature before letting children play. Shoes come off for play, so footwear that is easy to slip on and off keeps things smooth. When it is busy, areas may be separated for younger and older children, so follow the staff's instructions.
