The playground area of Fukutokusen Park (福徳泉公園) has a combination play structure as well as a balance beam, a swing board, a balance-net crossing and a sky rope: equipment that puts your sense of balance to work. Moving your body to the fullest before water play makes the coolness of the water afterwards feel even better. There is a rest area on the grounds, so you can alternate between play and breaks at an easy pace. Since the Water Plaza and Waterway is inside the same park, there is no need to carry your belongings elsewhere, which also helps.

「福徳泉公園水の広場・水路」は、伊予郡松前町神崎・鶴吉にある学習施設型の親水公園の水遊びエリアです。治水・利水・親水という三つの水とのつきあい方を、遊びを通じて体験できるように整えられているのがこの公園の大きな特徴。湧き出す泉から流れ出した水が水路をつたって進んでいく様子は、見ているだけでも面白く、子どもたちは自然に手や足を入れて流れを確かめ始めます。水は浅く、流れもゆるやかなので、小さな子でも自分のペースで遊べます。利用料は無料です。2026年の開設期間は未発表で、例年は夏休み期間の開放となるため、出発前に松前町の公式案内で必ず確認してください。

Tips

水路の底は滑りやすいので、脱げにくいサンダルかマリンシューズを必ず履かせてください。プールではないため更衣室やシャワーは前提にせず、濡れてもよい服で行くか車内で着替えられる準備をしておくと安心です。小さな子は水遊び用おむつを着用しましょう。清掃や点検で水を止めている日があるほか、雷が鳴ったらすぐに切り上げてください。ゴミは持ち帰りが基本です。

Tips

In midsummer the equipment can become hot in the sun, so touch it to check the temperature before using it. Net equipment and the sky rope can easily cause scrapes, so it is reassuring to carry adhesive bandages. Deciding on a changing base near the rest area makes things run smoothly after water play.
