Fuchu-no-Mori Park Splash Pond

About this spot

The Fuchu-no-Mori Park Splash Pond is a free water play area in Fuchu-no-Mori Park in Fuchu City. The 2026 season runs from July 1 (Wed) to September 30 (Wed), from 9:30 to 16:00. It opens early and closes late for a water play area in Tokyo, which makes planning the day easier. The pond is built shallow, deep enough for even small children to walk around on their own feet, so parents can keep watch easily. Lawns and groves surround it, so when the children are worn out there is shade right there, which helps. Admission is free and there are toilets in the park. Because the Fuchu Art Museum is on the same grounds, you have the reassurance of somewhere else to go if the weather suddenly turns.
