The Fudo Park Splash Pond and Stream is a free water-play area in Fudo Park in Meguro City. The 2026 operating period runs from Wednesday, July 1 to Wednesday, September 30, from 9:00 to 16:30, and the city's official wording is from the first week of July until around the end of September. The water is disinfected with chlorine and other treatments, so you can step in with confidence. The stream is built shallow, so even small children who have just started walking can make their own way through it, and it is easy for parents to keep watch. Located right next to Meguro Fudoson, it has become a summer standby for local children. Admission is free, so you can set out on a whim whenever the weather is good.

Food and drink may not be brought in and pets may not enter the water. Water-play sandals are recommended, so instead of bare feet or flip-flops, bring a pair with a heel strap. Changing space is limited, so wearing swimwear underneath keeps preparation on site short.
