A cultural facility specializing in media art, located inside Tokyo Opera City Tower in Hatsudai. Works using sound, light, and video line the space, and a distinctive feature is how many of the exhibits are interactive — some react as you approach, others change with your body's movements. Even without understanding the technical explanations, children pick up on how the works function just by moving their hands and bodies. The interior is quiet and air-conditioned, making it a comfortable place to spend a midsummer morning. It's within walking distance of Honmachi Sakura Park.

Tips

Check the official website in advance for opening days, hours, exhibition content, and admission fees. Some works can be touched while others are for viewing only, so check the signage for each exhibit together with your child.
