About this spot

A station building directly connected to JR Omori Station (大森駅), with restaurants and a food floor. Since you can enter from the station without getting wet, it is reassuring to know you can have lunch without changing plans even if the weather turns. Many restaurants offer children's menus, so the lineup is easy for families to use. You can also buy a bento on the food floor and eat it in the park. Iriarai Park is within walking distance, so you can head straight to the water play after eating.

入新井公園水遊び場（親水施設）は、大田区の入新井公園にある無料の水遊び場です。2026年は4/28(火)から9/30(水)頃までの10:00〜16:00で開設される予定で、終了日は区の公式で公表されていないため例年9月末までというのが目安になります。施設は滝と池で構成されていて、落ちてくる水に手を伸ばしたり、浅い池を歩き回ったりと、遊び方に幅があります。水はろ過・殺菌管理されていますが飲用はできません。JR大森駅から歩ける街なかにありながら、地域の子どもたちがのびのび遊べる場所として定着しています。4月末から開設されるので、夏本番を待たずに水に触れられるのも魅力です。

Tips

定期清掃日の8/12と8/25は休止します。終了日は区の公式で公表されていないので、9月に訪ねる場合は出発前に大田区の公式ページで開設状況を確認してください。水は飲用できないので、飲み物は必ず持参しましょう。春や初夏は気温が上がっても水はまだ冷たいため、上がったあとにすぐ羽織れるものを用意しておくと体が冷えません。着替えの場所は限られるので、水着を下に着ていくと支度が短く済みます。

Restaurants get crowded at midday, so arriving a little early cuts the wait. Please check business hours and closed days on the facility's official page. The layout is easy to navigate with a stroller, but it is busy on weekends and holidays, so checking elevator locations first keeps things smooth. On days when you are carrying a lot of water-play gear, locating the coin lockers lets you move around unencumbered.
