A leading children's science museum in Tochigi Prefecture, located in Nishikawada, Utsunomiya. A large rocket model standing outside is the landmark, and it gets children excited the moment they arrive. Inside, the museum is divided into themes such as space, vehicles, the body, and nature, centered on hands-on displays where you press buttons or turn handles yourself, so it's plenty enjoyable even for children too young to read. There are also scheduled programs like the planetarium and experiment shows, and timing your visit around them adds to the fun.
