As its name suggests, Miyanomori Seseragi Park Water Flow Facility in Utsunomiya is a free water play spot with a gentle, stream-like flow of water. In 2026 it operates from Saturday, July 18 through Sunday, August 30, from 10:00 to 16:00. There is a gazebo in the park, making it a welcome place to rest in the shade during summer while playing. There are also swings and a horizontal bar, so you can move your body and dry off after getting out of the water. It's a quiet park set in a residential area, so even small children can spend time there with peace of mind.

It is scheduled to close on July 31 and August 28 for regular cleaning; no water flows on those days, so plan around them. Entering the water barefoot is not allowed, so bring water shoes that won't easily come off. Shade is limited outside the gazebo, so take breaks often and stay hydrated.
