The Motoyawata Park Mini Pool is an outdoor mini pool set up inside Motoyawata Park in Ichikawa City. In 2026 it will be open from Saturday, July 18 to Monday, August 31, closed every Friday during that period (though open on July 24 and August 7). It's a shallow pool for children from toddlers to third grade, so even kids who are still a little unsure about bigger pools can enjoy the water safely. Being in a park right in town, you can drop by on a whim, and families will appreciate being able to move back and forth to the playground area as well. With neighborhood children gathering in a lively atmosphere, it's a scene straight out of summer break.
