Seiran Citizens' Pool is a municipal pool in Otsu City's Ishiyama area, open in 2026 from Monday, July 20 to Monday, August 31. It runs on a two-session changeover system, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, with a break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Both a 25-meter pool and a children's pool are available, so it's a pleasure that families of different ages can spend time together in the same place. Because of the changeover system, the number of visitors is kept in check, making it easy to swim comfortably without overcrowding.
