About this spot

A park spreading right below Miho Dam (三保ダム), featuring a grassy plaza with miniatures of Lake Tanzawa (丹沢湖) and Miho Dam. There are no play structures, but it's an open space surrounded by trees and a stream, and in autumn the colored leaves on the surrounding mountains look beautiful. It's also a good spot for a bento lunch while looking up at the dam.

Tips

Since there is grass and a stream, it's reassuring for small children to wear clothes that can get wet. Finishing lunch here before heading to the observation deck lets you use the afternoon at a relaxed pace.
