About this spot
箱根登山電車の山あいの駅で、宮ノ下散策の玄関口です。箱根湯本からの登山電車はスイッチバックを繰り返して山を登り、紅葉の時期は車窓そのものが見どころになります。駅は高台にあり、ホームからも色づいた山なみを見渡せます。ここから温泉街へは坂道を下って徒歩数分です。
Tips
紅葉シーズンの週末は登山電車が混み合います。午前の早めの時間帯に乗るのがおすすめです。
