Flow of the course

About this spot

This park preserves and opens to the public the Former Yanagishita Residence, a tangible cultural property designated by Yokohama City. This Japanese-Western hybrid merchant house conveys the lifestyle of a merchant family from the Taisho to early Showa era, and visitors can tour the tatami rooms and the Western-style wing, exploring it with children in the spirit of discovering an old-fashioned home. Admission is free.
