About this spot

A terminal station served by the JR Tokaido Line, Yokosuka Line, Negishi Line, and the Shonan Monorail, and the starting point of this course. There are many shops and restaurants in front of the station, convenient for lunch and shopping. Ofuna Kannon-ji Temple is a 5-10 minute walk away, and the Flower Center Ofuna Botanical Garden is also within walking distance, making it a compact location you can cover on foot in a day.

Tips

It's smoother to have lunch around Ofuna Station before heading to the botanical garden. The shopping street on the station's west exit side is lively and enjoyable just to walk through.
