A department store and shopping complex directly connected to Kamiooka Station (上大岡駅). Business hours are 10:00-20:00 for Keikyu Department Store and 10:00-20:00 for the shops at Wing Kamiooka (some stores may differ). It is a convenient spot to pick up snacks or dinner in the basement food hall, take a break on the restaurant floor, or simply pass the time before the lights come on.

Tips

Cafes tend to get crowded in the evening before the lights come on, so it is best to arrive early. Since it is directly connected to the station, getting around is easy even on rainy or cold days.
