'Isezaki☆Light' decorates Yokohama's iconic long-established shopping street, Isezaki Mall 1 and 2 St. (Isezakicho), with light decorations. It usually runs from late November to late February, and in 2025-26 it took place from November 29 to February 28. The 2026-27 schedule and lighting times have not yet been announced, so please check the official website before heading out. Viewing is free. The sight of lights strung above the shopping street where shoppers come and go is a different kind of winter light, one woven into everyday life rather than a large-scale illumination.

Tips
The street lights start to stand out right after sunset. Having dinner at a restaurant on the same street makes getting around easy. Since it is an open street without an arcade roof, bring a warm drink on cold days.
