About this spot

An arcade shopping street that developed as the temple town in front of Gumyoji Kannon. It connects Keikyu Gumyoji Station and the subway's Gumyoji Station across the Okagawa River, and is lined with old-fashioned deli shops and Japanese sweet shops. The view of the Okagawa River from Sakura Bridge in the middle of the street is also known as a popular spot during cherry blossom season.

Tips

Enjoy food-hopping according to each shop's own rules. From the subway's Gumyoji Station, you can enter the east side of the shopping street right away.
