About this spot

A tourist farm in Tsukui, Yokosuka City, where seasonal fruit picking can be enjoyed year-round. Autumn sweet potato digging usually runs on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays only from mid-September to early November, priced at 1,500 yen (5 plants). Mandarin orange picking usually runs from mid-October to the end of November, at 1,200 yen for elementary school age and up and 600 yen for age 3 and up (all-you-can-eat inside the farm, souvenirs sold separately). From winter through spring, strawberry picking is also held (2,500 yen for age 3 and up from Jan 1 to Apr 5, 2,000 yen from Apr 6 to May 5, according to the official JA Yokosuka Hayama). There is a parking lot.

Tips

Sweet potato digging is held only on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, so please check the schedule carefully. Digging up potatoes will get your hands and clothes covered in mud, so work gloves and a change of clothes will give you peace of mind.
