About this spot

A station on the JR Sagami Line (JR相模線), and the starting point for this day, from which you can walk to both Muryokoji Temple (無量光寺) and Sagamihara Park (県立相模原公園). Pick up a drink near the station before you set off. Muryokoji Temple is about a 15-minute walk away, and Sagamihara Park is also within walking distance.

Tips

The Sagami Line (相模線) doesn't run very frequently, so it's reassuring to check your return train time in advance.
