Hoshino Village in Yame City is known as a production area for Japanese tea, including gyokuro, and is characterized by tea fields spreading through the mountains. Head to Hoshi no Bunkakan (Star Culture Museum) while enjoying views of the tea fields stretching out from the car window.

Since there are many mountain roads, it's recommended to travel while it's still light out.
