About this spot

A tour facility run by Tamagawa Shuzo, a sake brewery founded in 1673 (Kanbun 13). The roughly 15-minute tour route takes you through the snow storage cellar 'Yukikura,' the rice-steaming area, and earthen storehouses, and you can sample more than 10 kinds of sake for free. Open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (tour reception until 3:30 p.m.).
