About this spot
An established shop founded in the Meiji era, located just before Ikaho Shrine at the top of the stone steps. The "Yunohana Manju" with its characteristic tea-brown skin is known as the originator of hot spring buns. Fresh steamed buns are sold individually at the shop counter, making them perfect for a snack during your stroll. The refined sweetness of the red bean paste is a hit with all three generations.
Tips
They may sell out in the late afternoon, so visit early in the afternoon. Fresh buns are soft, so be careful of burns with small children.

15–30 minutes required. Weekend afternoons can get crowded with queues
