The grounds feature a local produce market and restaurant, and it serves as a convenient starting point for the Suwa Gorge walking path. An ideal rest stop during your drive.

Convenient as a base for exploring Suwa Gorge with ample parking. The dining hall tends to get crowded during lunch hours, so arriving early is recommended. Soft-serve ice cream made from local fresh milk is also popular.
