Take in spectacular views from the white pedestrian bridge spanning the gorge
About this spot
A white pedestrian-only bridge that spans Takatsu-do Gorge. The name comes from the way water spray bounces like a waterfall, and from the bridge you can look straight down at the gorge below. Tiles painted by children are embedded in the bridge floor, making the crossing itself full of delightful surprises.
Tips
It's recommended to do this as part of a loop walk with the Takatsu-do Gorge trail. Be careful of your hat blowing away on windy days on the bridge.
Best time to visit
About 20 minutes to view. Morning light is ideal for gorge photography.
