About this spot
A restaurant on the platform of Kanbe Station (神戸駅) on the Watarase Keikoku Railway, set inside a limited express train car that once actually ran the rails. Sitting in the seats to eat feels exactly like a train journey. Set meals and bento boxes made with local ingredients are popular, and sometimes a real train passes right outside the window while you eat.
Tips
It gets crowded around the arrival of the trolley train. If you want a window seat, it's best to arrive early, before trains depart or arrive.
Best time to visit
About 1 hour for lunch. It's crowded right after trains arrive.
