About this spot

A museum standing on the shore of Lake Kusaki. It exhibits the poetry-paintings of Tomihiro Hoshino, created by holding a brush in his mouth, and his gentle words and flower paintings quietly touch the heart. The unique building made of connected circular rooms is also a highlight, and you can take a break at a rest area overlooking the lake.

Tips

The museum has few steps inside, making it easy to get around even with a stroller. Taking a break in the lounge overlooking the lake lets you enjoy a leisurely visit even with children in tow.

Best time to visit

About 1 hour for viewing. It's relatively relaxed in the afternoon.
