A free-entry history learning facility at the base of Kanayama. Designed by architect Kuma Kengaku, the building itself is noteworthy, with stone walls as its motif. Dioramas and videos help you grasp the overall picture of Kanayama Castle, so visiting before or after climbing will deepen your child's understanding significantly.
Tips
Visiting before the climb for a preview is also recommended. Use the restroom and vending machine here so you won't be in a rush on the mountain. Parking is free.
