The chewy, springy noodles topped with the savory taste of meat scraps and the fragrance of bonito flakes create a unique flavor that is unforgettable once tasted. A shared table seating area in the central plaza offers yakisoba, soft-serve ice cream, and sweet treats, so each family member can choose their favorite and enjoy it together. The drinking water station fed by Mt. Fuji's spring water is a nice spot to take a break.
Tips
There are long lines around lunchtime, so an early lunch before late morning is recommended for families with children. Outdoor seating is the norm, so bring a jacket during cold seasons.
