Located right in front of Biwa-ko Hamaotsu Station and adjacent to Otsu Port, this lakeside complex commercial facility has Lake Biwa as its backdrop. The building facing the lake houses restaurants, cafés, and large amusement facilities, making dining with lake views a major appeal. From the window, you can see the paddle wheeler Michigan moored at Otsu Port and passing vessels—children won't get bored while waiting for food. The facility features elevators for easy navigation with strollers, and it serves as a strong refuge during unexpected rain or heat. Being just a short walk from Otsu Port and Nagisa Park, it's easy to adjust meal times to your family's pace. In the middle of your lakeside day, settle in and recharge with a leisurely meal.

Tips

About a 1-minute walk from Biwa-ko Hamaotsu Station on the Keihan Line, right next to Otsu Port with paid parking available. The 12 o'clock hour tends to be busy, so aim for a late lunch around 1:30 PM. Ask if lakeside window seating is available—the views are excellent.
