Known as the birthplace of "Shiro-kuma" (white bear), a shaved ice topped generously with condensed milk and decorated with colorful fruit and beans. The name supposedly comes from its appearance when viewed from above, resembling a white bear's face. Beyond the classic white bear, variations like chocolate and strawberry, as well as a baby size perfect for lighter appetites, are all available—you'll certainly find the ideal bowl for after your black pork lunch. The original shop's delicate ice and gentle sweetness of the condensed milk seeping through is a well-deserved reward for coming all the way to Kagoshima.
