This park is set on a hill overlooking the town of Kokubu in Kirishima City, and its observation deck offers sweeping views of the Kokubu Plain's streets, Kinko Bay, and the majestic Sakurajima. The park features rides such as a mini Ferris wheel and go-karts, all enjoyable at affordable prices. The view from the top of the slowly turning Ferris wheel is especially wonderful, making it a perfect way to work off a meal. With a grassy plaza and playground equipment as well, it's a relaxing spot even for families with small children, long beloved by locals. Amid a day of black vinegar cuisine, it's a chance to fully feel the vastness of Kirishima's sky and sea.

Admission to the park is free, and each ride is available at an affordable price. It's reassuring to bring cash for ticket purchases and payments. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended, as reaching the observation deck involves slopes and stairs. Since it's windy on the hilltop, something to layer on is comfortable in cooler seasons.
