An observation deck located atop a hill in Toyohira Ward, Sapporo, where the statue of Dr. Clark, famous for the words "Boys, be ambitious!", stands proudly. Below spreads a vast pasture characteristic of Hokkaido, where you can observe real sheep grazing up close. On clear days, you can view the distant Sapporo Dome, the cityscape, and even mountain ranges far beyond, offering a sense of openness that lets you feel Hokkaido's grandeur while in the city. This is a classic spot easy for even young children to navigate, and spending leisurely time on the grass is delightful. The small shop offers light refreshments such as Hokkaido soft-serve ice cream and soup curry.

2026年7月11日(土)19時50分から20時50分まで開催されるT×Tガレージ 真駒内花火大会です。真駒内セキスイハイムスタジアムを舞台に約22,000発の花火が打ち上がり、音楽と連動した演出が会場全体を包む、北海道を代表する夏の大花火大会のひとつです。スタジアムという囲まれた空間で花火を見上げる体験は、広い野外会場とはまた異なる包まれるような迫力があります。フィナーレに向けて次々と加速する連発の花火が夜空を埋め尽くす瞬間は、1日かけて訪れた甲斐を全身で感じられるクライマックスです。
Tips
荒天時の開催可否は大会公式の発表で必ず確認してください。終了後はスタジアム周辺と真駒内駅が大変混雑します。フィナーレ後はスタジアム内で少し余韻を楽しんでから、人の流れが落ち着いた頃に移動する時間差帰宅がおすすめです。地下鉄の終電時刻は事前に確認しておきましょう。

The grounds are expansive, so wear comfortable walking shoes. The soft-serve ice cream at the shop is popular, so plan ahead for potential queues. On the day of the fireworks festival, people gradually gather in the Minami Ward area during the afternoon, so plan your move to the next location with plenty of time to spare.
