A Shingon Buddhist temple located in Kumagaya's town center, said to have connections to the origin of Kumagaya's place name. The impressive temple gate and trees within the grounds welcome visitors, and despite being in the center of town, a quiet atmosphere prevails. The greenery of the grounds softens the summer sun, making it an ideal spot to take a refreshing break during your fireworks festival tour. In the calm atmosphere characteristic of a community-rooted temple, it's the perfect place to prepare your mind for the lively fireworks viewing that awaits in the evening.

Located within walking distance of Kumagaya Station in the town center. Admission is free. Considering the evening move to the Arakawa riverbank, heading to the next destination after 3 p.m. allows for leisurely spot securing.
