The market is well-stocked with fresh seafood from the Japan Sea, with many products from the Noto region. Dining establishments within and around the market offer seafood donburi and dishes featuring nodoguro (black throat seaperch), making it an ideal spot to enjoy dinner before the fireworks. On the day of the fireworks festival, crowds increase in the early evening, so arriving early is the smart choice.

Tips

花火大会当日は会場周辺に交通規制や入場規制が設けられる場合があります。大会公式情報および北國新聞の発表を事前に確認しておきましょう。終了後は周辺道路と金沢駅方面のバスが大変混雑します。フィナーレ後は少し時間をおいてから移動する時間差帰宅がおすすめ。足元が暗くなるので携帯ライトがあると安心です。

Tips

About 10 minutes by bus from Kanazawa Castle Park, or about 20-25 minutes on foot. Most shops close around 5-6 PM, so plan your meal for 4-5 PM. Seafood donburi shops can get crowded, so allow extra time before entering. On fireworks day, luggage tends to accumulate, so keep souvenirs compact.
