山田町にある浦の浜海水浴場は、2026年は7月18日(土)から8月16日(日)まで、毎日9時から16時まで開設されます。約120台分の駐車場に加え、トイレ・更衣室・温水シャワーも整っており、小さな子ども連れでも身支度がしやすい海水浴場です。三陸の海らしい穏やかな波と豊かな緑に囲まれたロケーションで、波打ち際での水遊びから砂遊びまで、家族でゆったりと夏を満喫できます。営業終了の16時まで、思いきり海の時間を楽しみましょう。

Tips

道の駅やまだから車で移動が便利です。営業は16時までなので、着替えや片付けの時間を考えて15分ほど前には切り上げるのがおすすめ。更衣室と温水シャワーがあるので、帰りの車内も快適です。日差しが強い時間帯は、パラソルなど日よけの準備があるとより安心です。

Tips

About 5 minutes' walk from Rikuchuyamada Station (陸中山田駅). During the summer vacation period, it can get crowded with tourists, so arriving between 11 AM and 12 PM for lunch is recommended. The direct sales corner sometimes features seafood that was unloaded that very day.
