About this spot

An activity zone inside Yoshinogari Historical Park offering hands-on experiences related to Yayoi-period life, starting with making magatama beads. Carving a stone into your own magatama is popular with children, and you can take the finished piece home as a souvenir. Other experience programs, such as fire-starting, are also offered depending on the season and day, making it appealing not only to learn about history but also to enjoy working with your hands.
