About this spot

Mugi Town's leading beach, known for its clear, transparent water. The waves are relatively calm, so families with small children can enjoy it with peace of mind. It's a convenient distance to stop by after strolling Tebajima, and it also works well as a place to rest and cool off in the sea ahead of the evening fireworks.

Tips

About 10 minutes by car from Mugi Fishing Port. A change of clothes and a towel are essential. Check the hours when lifeguards are present and the designated swimming area before entering the water.

Best time to visit

About 2 hours needed. The afternoon, once the sun softens a little, is comfortable for swimming.
