About this spot

A three-story reinforced-concrete cultural facility managed by Mugi Town, centered on a 500-seat hall and also equipped with a large meeting room, a Japanese-style room, a cooking room, and conference rooms; the town library is also housed on the first floor. Before heading to the fireworks venue at Mugiura Hamasaki, spend time here having dinner while waiting for the show to start. Rest your legs after swimming while enjoying a relaxed evening in this small port town ahead of the festival.

Tips

There are only a limited number of restaurants around the venue, so it's a good idea to pick up food beforehand. Insects increase along the seafront in the evening, so bring insect repellent. Secure your viewing spot early.

Best time to visit

About 1 hour 30 minutes needed. The port town's evening scenery around sunset is a highlight.
