An artificial lake created by Sayamura Dam, known for its tranquil surface spreading through the mountains of Shikoku. There are boat facilities near the lake shore where you can enjoy water activities. The time spent quietly sailing through the lake while reflecting the mountains is exceptional. Surrounded by rich nature throughout the seasons, it's a hidden healing spot where you can forget the hustle and bustle of the city and relax completely. It's also recommended to view the night sky where tonight's fireworks will be displayed from the lakeside during the day.

2026年7月25日(土)21時から開催される、土佐町に伝わる十七夜祭の花火です。中島児童公園を会場に、21時15分までの短い時間に花火が夜空を彩ります。四国の水源地として知られる山あいの町の夜空に打ち上がる花火は、地域の人々に長く受け継がれてきた夏の伝統行事です。短くも凝縮された花火のフィナーレは、1日の締めくくりにふさわしい特別なひとときになります。
Tips
荒天時は中止または延期となる場合があるため、当日の開催可否は土佐町の情報で確認しましょう。終了後は周辺道路が混み合うため、余韻を楽しんでから時間差で帰路につくのがおすすめです。山あいの夜道は暗いため、懐中電灯があると安心です。

About 10 minutes by car from Sayamura Dam. Boat use varies by facility and season, so it's wise to check in advance. There are areas with little shade, so stay hydrated frequently.

Takes about 1.5 hours. The calm lake view in the afternoon is recommended
