About this spot

This is a limestone cave located in Toma Town. Formed over a long span of time, the inside of the cave is wrapped in cool air, making it a popular spot to walk through and feel refreshed even on hot summer days. The surrounding area has well-maintained, lushly green walking paths, so after your cave exploration you can also relax for a while in nature. It's a Toma-Town-style experience where families can observe natural formations up close.

Tips

About 10–15 minutes by car from Michi-no-Eki Toma (道の駅とうま). The ground inside the cave can be wet and uneven in places, so comfortable walking shoes are recommended. Even in summer, the inside stays cool, so a light jacket will help you stay comfortable.
